Weight Release

Was weight release my main goal? Nope!

Boosting my immune system was the big reason I did the WILDFIT Challenge.  Admittedly I’d put on some weight during the first six months of the pandemic way of living.  I also knew that reducing my weight would be on the path to vibrant health.  BUT I did not realize how easy it would be to ‘release’ unhealthy weight during my immune system boosting.  A total bonus for me!!

Unfortunately bathroom scales are what our society is fixated upon. There’s a whole diet industry that feeds off our body weight worries. The food industry, on the other hand is fixated on getting us addicted to foods that do not serve us.  Their sales method keep us eating useless foods that never satisfy our nutritional needs.

Now I know how terrific my body can feel when it receives nutritionally rich foods. I feel vibrant and at the same time calm, content and motivated too. I sleep deeper and better than I have in well over a decade. The niggling little aches and pains that come with life’s journey have all but disappeared.

I not only feel better, but I look healthier too. As my waistline (and all the other measurements) reduced, my wardrobe expanded to include a lot of favourite clothes that I thought I’d never wear again.

Weight release

By the end of the 90 Day Challenge, I had a weight release of 15 pounds (about 7.5 kg).  A month after that, the weight release was up to 20 pounds (9 kg – about 16% of my original weight).  AND, I didn’t have to ‘work on it’.  The WILDFIT process looked after releasing the old fat which was not serving me or my immune system. It can happen just as easily for you as it did for me.
